We are an architecture and interior design practice based in Khon Kaen, northeast Thailand. Our work centres on commercial spaces — cafés, restaurants, and retail environments — designed around the materials of the region: poured concrete, local hardwood, woven linen, lime plaster.
Founded in 2021, the studio has completed over thirty projects across Thailand, from Bangkok to Ubon Ratchathani. Each project begins with the site, the material, and the programme — and finds its form through restraint.
The northeast of Thailand shapes everything we do. Isan is a region of long light, of timber and terracotta, of communities that build slowly and build to last. We carry that sense of material honesty into every project, regardless of location.
We collaborate closely with clients, tradespeople, and fabricators — always preferring to work with makers who understand their materials from the inside. The result is spaces that feel as if they could not have been otherwise.
Every project begins with what the site already offers. We source locally — concrete, timber, rattan — and let the material logic drive the form. The palette writes itself when you pay attention to the land.
We remove before we add. The most considered rooms do less and hold more. Proportion, not decoration. A space that is over-designed announces itself; a space that is well-designed disappears into use.
A space should still feel right in ten years. We design for the long life of a room — choosing finishes that age well, proportions that stay calm, and details that only improve with time and use.
